Shipping
Policy
We are dedicated to providing our customers in Australia with unique and vibrant tie dye products. We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.

We offer standard shipping within Australia via Australia Post, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery. For an additional cost, express shipping is available for faster delivery.

Please note that the shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout based on the weight and destination of the order. We are not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

In case of any delay or issues with the shipping, we will keep our customers informed and do our best to resolve the situation in a timely manner.
Refund & Exchange
We stand behind the quality of our tied ye products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on opened or used bottles.

If you are not satisfied with your unopened and unused product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product to request a refund or exchange. We will do our best to assist you with any issues and find a satisfactory resolution.

In case of any manufacturing defects, we will offer a full refund or a replacement of the product.

PLEASE NOTE - I package these goods as well as possible in boxes and occasionally there are mishaps on delivery of colours leaking. Although the amount lost is often minimal, the dye will spread a very long way. Once the bottles are cleaned up there is often much less leakage then first appeared. It is annoying and sometimes messy but unavoidable. I always try my best!
Warranty
Limited Warranty:
We guarantee that our tie dye products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Product Replacement:
In case of any manufacturing defects, we will replace the product with a new one. It's important to note that the warranty may not cover any damages caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
It's also important to keep the proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to be able to claim the warranty.
